In this study, we choosed "Jingbai" pear as experimental materials, which is the main planting varieties of Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim in China, in order to investigate the effects of temperature, exogenous ethylene and 1-MCP on ethylene production and ripening quality, we determined the ethylene production and parameters related to ripening quality under the treatments of different temperatures (14℃, 20℃, 6℃),different ethylene concentrations (50μL·L-1、 100μL·L-1) and 0.5μL·L-1 1-MCP.The results showed that:1,Moderate low temperature delayed the ethylene peak start-up time, but enhanced the ethylene capacity.Among them, 14 ℃ treatment ethylene release peak appeared on the 11th, and the extremum value was 185.6μL/(kg·h), while 20℃ and 26℃ ethylene release peak value appeared on the 7th, its extremum value was 134.5μL/(kg·h) and 87.1 μL/(kg·h) respectively. We found that the higher the temperature is, the higher weight loss rate and diseased fruit rate, at the same time, temperature was too high or low, softening speed and bottom color of skin werent uniform. Therefore, the optimum temperature was 20℃.
