1.Radiolabelled dendrimer folic acid conjugate as micro-SPECT and PET imaging agent.Dendrimer poly(amido)-amine (PAMAM) folic acid conjugate has the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect and tumor specific targeting which provides an ideal architecture for construction of effective tumor-targeted drug delivery devices.Tc-99m labeled dendrimer folic acid conjugate was synthesized and evaluated on its in vitro and in vivo stability.Its distribution and in vivo imaging was dectected respectively by gamma counter and micro-SPECT (Single Photo Emission Computed Tomography) and PET (Positron Emission Tomography) imaging at various time points.The results show radiolabelled denrimer folic acid conjugate keeps excellent in vitro and in vivo stability within 6h.The high uptake of radiolabelled conjugate was observed in the tumor by bio-distribution study which was further confirmed by micro-SPECT and PET imaging study.
