通过控制冷轧成型工艺的轧制道次,制备了具有三种不同细观结构的Al/Ni多层复合材料。基于扫描电子显微镜获得的细观结构照片,利用Abaqus有限元分析软件建立了三种Al/Ni多层复合材料细观模型。进行了冲击压缩细观响应的数值模拟,获取了冲击载荷下材料压力分布、冲击状态方程参数及温度分布。结果 表明,不同轧制道次对Al/Ni多层复合材料在细观尺度上的颗粒尺寸、形状及分布情况均造成了影响,进一步影响了冲
针对箔材的爆炸焊接,提出了一种新的装药结构,即在蜂窝结构炸药的基础上,用胶体水对炸药上端自由面进行覆盖.该装药结构减小了空中稀疏波对爆轰的弱化,从而可以显著地降低炸药的临界厚度.本文使用5 mm厚的低能乳化炸药作为爆炸材料,0.2 mm厚的铝箔和20 mm厚的钢板作为复板和基板,进行了爆炸焊接实验.理论计算了新装药结构下的爆炸焊接动态参数,并结合爆炸窗口对焊接质量进行了预测.
