Automotive fault diagnosis subject is a both theoretical and practical course with the integrity system and maturity content.Starting from the current situation of this course that the teaching material is not fully played out the characteristics of multimedia and network teaching and needs to be further improved, this paper proposed the construction idea and basic principle of establishing the stereoscopic teaching material of this course, such as to set up the advanced educational ideas and reflect the latest research achievements, to highlight the crucial teaching contents and form the complete teaching system and so on.Based on the construction practice, it also selectively analyzed and discussed the construction content and implementing method of this stereoscopic teaching material course.
