变形能是弹簧的一个值得注意的特性。本文以拖拉机离合器碟形弹簧为例,说明这种弹簧优化设计的一般方法。优化结果表明,弹簧在离合器接合和分离过程中的变形能随其结构参数和性能参数有某种变化规律。
Deformation energy is a noteworthy feature of the spring. In this paper, the clutch disc spring tractor as an example to illustrate the general method of optimal design of this spring. The optimization results show that the deformation of the spring during clutch engagement and disengagement has a certain variation with the structural parameters and performance parameters.
