Employment is vital to peoples life and establishing a business is a source of employment.In Wuxi Institute of Technology, marketing program is performed under double-tutor system, Ten-Ones Project is carried out and talent cultivating methods such as embedding are used.A mode to cultivate entrepreneurial talents under the way of cooperation between colleges and corporations and work-integrated learning has been found and is welcomed by students, parents and enterprises.
