　　Objective Objectives: Chemotherapy resistance is one of the main causes of recurrence in colorectal cancer patients and leads to poor prognosis.Autophagy has been reported to promote tumor progression and resistance to treatment and human cancer cells that were implanted in immunodeficient hosts were more sensitive to chemotherapy in the presence of pharmacological inhibitors of autophagy.
