Objective To study the protective effect of artificial musk about hydroxyl radical injury on neonatal rat ventricular myocytes.Methods Culture neonatal rat ventricular myocytes in vitro, preparation 1.0μg/ml、 0.5μg/ml、 0.25μg/ml artificially musk solution, use hydrogen peroxide stimulation cause myocardial cells damage, give different doses artificially musk solution, Observe the form of myocardial ceils, determination of cells survival and cell supematant fluids SOD,LDH,CKs enzymatic activity.Results 1.0μg/ml and 0.5μg/ml artificially musk have some effect in myocardial cells survival(P<0.05),reduce LDH,CKs enzymatic activity(P<0.05), high-concentration group inhibit the reduce of SODs enzymatic activity significantly(P<0.01), the 0.5μg/ml group inhibit the reduce of SODs enzymatic activity as well(P<0.05).ConclusionThe artificial muskhas myocardial protective effect on hydroxyl radical injury by inhibited enzymatic activity ,attenuating oxygen free radicals.
