　　Creating 100 percent smoke-free environment is one of the obligations on the Parties to the WHO FCTC under the Article 8 Guidelines.The purpose of this study is to present a case-study of Smoke-Free Sichang Island project that aims to raise public awareness and encourage community involvement to reduce second hand smoke exposure.
