目的探讨护患沟通在洗胃患者护理中的应用。方法将2014年本科收治的所有洗胃患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用基础护理,实验组在对照组的基础上加强护患沟通,比较两组患者配合程度、患者胃食管黏膜损伤发生率、自行拔管例数及使用开口器例数。结果通过有效护患沟通,观察组患者配合能力明显高于对照组,胃食管黏膜损伤发生率、患者拔管例数、开口器使用例数明显低于对照组。结论洗胃是急诊科护士应掌握的基本技能,在洗胃过程中进行有效的护患沟通,能使患者配合程度得到提高,可有效降低患者拔管的例数、开口器使用例数、胃食管黏膜损伤例数,有效节约洗胃治疗的时间,为抢救患者赢得时机,真正体现优质护理的内涵。
Objective To discuss the application of nurse-patient communication in the nursing of patients with gastric lavage. Methods All gastric lavage patients admitted in 2014 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received basic nursing. The experimental group strengthened the communication between nurses and patients on the basis of the control group. Results Through the effective communication between nurses and patients, the patients with observation group had significantly higher co-ordination ability than the control group. The incidence of gastroesophageal mucosal injury, the number of patients extubated and the number of openers were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion Gastric lavage is the basic skills nurses should take during the gastric lavage. Effective nurse-patient communication during gastric lavage can improve the patients’ coordination, reduce the number of patients extubated, the number of openers used, the number of mouth opening The number of esophageal mucosal injury, the effective saving of gastric lavage treatment time, to save the patient to win the opportunity to truly reflect the connotation of quality nursing.
