“三农”问题是全面建设小康社会的重点和难点之一。如何在有限的土地资源上进行立体开发,综合利用,以不断提高产出效益,不仅是广大农民群众最为关心的问题,也是党和政府及全社会关注的焦点。本文从关注“三农”问题出发,结合部门实际,就我省发展工程化稻田养鱼的现状和前景进行分析,并提出了发展稻田养鱼的奋斗目标及需要解决的几个问题,很值得一读。
The issue of “agriculture, countryside and farmers” is one of the key and difficult points in building an overall well-to-do society. How to carry out the three-dimensional development and comprehensive utilization of limited land resources so as to continuously improve the output efficiency is not only the most concern issue for the majority of peasant masses, but also the focus of attention of the party, the government and the whole society. This paper, starting from focusing on the issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” and combining with the actual departments, analyzes the current situation and prospects of the development of the fish farming in the paddy field in our province and puts forward the goal of developing the fish farming in the paddy field and several problems to be solved.
