白喉是我市主要传染病之一。多年来由于坚持使用百白破三联和白破二联制剂进行广泛地预防接种。白喉发病率自1972年起已下降至5/10万～0.38/10万的低水平散发状态。1986年首次出现无病例报告。为了了解我市易感人群对白喉的免疫状况,配合计划免疫,做好该病的监测工作,我们于84、85、86年分别抽查1岁～7岁儿童90名,110名,100名做锡克氏试验,其阳性率分别是32.2%,
