本文推导出了平面瞬态温度场问题的边界积分方程,对时间域及空间域进行离散数值处理后形成边界元方程,并对系数阵元素的简化,时间步长的选取及其对计算精度的影响进行了较为深入的数值探讨。在此基础上,对195柴油机气缸盖鼻梁区在过渡工况下非稳定温度场进行了分析计算,结果表明边界元法用于受热零部件瞬态温度场问题的分析是十分有效的。
This paper deduces the boundary integral equation of planar transient temperature field, forms the boundary element equation after discrete numerical processing in the time domain and the spatial domain, and selects the simplification of the coefficient array elements, the selection of the time step and its calculation accuracy The impact of a more in-depth numerical discussion. Based on this, the unsteady temperature field in the nose bridge of cylinder head of 195 diesel engine is analyzed and calculated under transient conditions. The results show that it is very effective to use the boundary element method to analyze the transient temperature field of the heated components.
