建设社会主义和谐社会,是党的十六大精神主要内容之一。建设新城镇,工商业是主体,人民富裕了,城镇才能发展,因此,激发自主创业的潜能,抓好自主创业是关健,结合洪合农业人口较多的情况,要抓住“农”字做文章,而且要跳出“农”字谋发展。大力发展特色产业,积极培育专业市场,为广大农村创业者提供广阔的发展空间,以各种措施着力推进农民自主创业,是实现农民生活宽裕的具体体现,是党的十六大精神中建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务之一。本文以秀洲区洪合镇发展羊毛衫市场为例,带动农民自主创业取得的成功经验,和下一步又好又快发展的对策。
