应用RIA观察了尼莫地平对重度窒息新生儿血浆内皮素(ET-1)的影响。全部病例均按随机法分为尼莫地平治疗组和常规治疗组(对照组),观察结果表明,治疗前两组血浆ET间无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗一周后两组血浆ET水平均下降,但尼莫地平治疗组血浆ET水平明显低于常规治疗组,统计分析显示有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。提示尼莫地平可以减少新生儿窒息时ET的合成和分泌,有可能成为减轻新生儿窒息病情和改善预后的手段之一。
The effect of nimodipine on plasma endothelin (ET-1) in neonates with severe asphyxia was observed by RIA. All patients were randomly divided into nimodipine treatment group and conventional treatment group (control group). The results showed that there was no significant difference in plasma ET between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After one week of treatment, plasma ET level decreased in both groups, but plasma ET level in nimodipine treatment group was significantly lower than that in routine treatment group. The statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.01). These results suggest that nimodipine can reduce the synthesis and secretion of ET during neonatal asphyxia, which may be one of the ways to reduce neonatal asphyxia and improve the prognosis.
