Systemically examine the various factors that affect the mechanical properties of the compression-bonded shaft-hub coupling, empirically determine them, and then processed into relative intensity data, which can be calculated according to this connection. The authors specifically studied the performance of a combination of static torque and variable torque under varying torque and rotational bending to incorporate the effects of different adhesive and hub outer diameters into the analytical model. Therefore, this design method of compression-bonded shaft-hub coupling can also be used in applications that lack or have no experimental basis. The applicable shaft diameter range is 20 to 1000mm.
