TRPC(瞬时受体电位阳离子通道)是与钙离子内流有关的非选择性阳离子通道。其通过磷酸化实现对通路和活性的调节。其中,TRPC6在肾脏中主要定位于足细胞上,对足细胞内钙离子浓度的调节发挥重要作用。TRPC6可以由Fyn激酶(Src家族中的一种酪氨酸激酶)
TRPC (Transient Receptor Potential Cation Channel) is a non-selective cation channel associated with calcium influx. It modulates both pathway and activity through phosphorylation. Among them, TRPC6 mainly locates in the podocyte in the kidney and plays an important role in regulating the calcium ion concentration in the podocyte. TRPC6 can be composed of Fyn kinase (a tyrosine kinase in the Src family)
