河北自古就是农业区,外来物种引进的历史非常悠久,汉朝传入中国的苜蓿、西瓜、大蒜、核桃、石榴等蔬果品种,如今已成为人们的日常食品明清时期是河北引进外来物种的另一个高峰期,美洲作物的涌入,使河北一跃成为这些作物的大宗产地。1912年的辛亥革命极大解放了人们的思想,引进西方动植物品种以提高品质、力图改良农畜业,提升社会经济发展的探索和努力不断进行。一时间政府部门、社会团体、教会组织等诸多力量合力推进,受当时社会历史条件局限,引种高潮并没有改变中国农业落后的局面,甚至或多或少造成物种入侵的危害。历史的经验教训为我国当前的“三农”问题提供了良好的借鉴。

For a time government departments, social groups, church organizations and many other forces to promote together by the social and historical conditions at the time, the introduction of the climax did not change the situation of China’s agricultural backwardness, or even more or less caused the invasion of species hazards. The lessons of history provide a good reference for the current “Three Rural Issues” issue in our country.
