本文收集了我院内科1982～1996年10月蛛网膜下腔出血(简称SAH)共182例,其中误诊为其他疾病18例,误诊率为9.89%,现将误诊18例病例总结报告如下.
This article collected 182 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage (referred to as SAH) in our hospital from 1982 to October 1996, of which 18 cases were misdiagnosed as other diseases, the misdiagnosis rate was 9.89%. Now the misdiagnosis of 18 cases are summarized as follows.
