采用气体保护焊(GMAW)对30 mm的煤矿机械液压支架的柱窝材料ZG30Cr06A板进行了斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验和对接焊试验,研究了ZG30Cr06A钢的焊接工艺性和焊接接头的力学性能。结果显示,在室温条件下进行斜Y型坡口裂纹试验,裂纹率达100%;随着预热温度的增大,裂纹率逐渐降低,在预热温度为100℃及以上时,不会出现冷裂纹。在预热温度为150℃,对ZG30Cr06A钢板进行对接焊,焊缝未发现裂纹。对焊接接头进行拉伸性能、弯曲性能和冲击性能试验,各项性能均满足要求。
Gas welding (GMAW) was used to test the crazing material ZG30Cr06A of 30 mm coal mine hydraulic support with oblique Y-groove crack test and butt weld test. The welding process and mechanical properties of ZG30Cr06A steel were studied. . The results show that the cracking rate of Y-groove crack test is 100% at room temperature. With the increase of preheating temperature, the crack rate decreases gradually. When the preheating temperature is 100 ℃ and above, it will not appear Cold crack. At a preheat temperature of 150 ℃, ZG30Cr06A steel butt welding, weld cracks were not found. Tensile properties of the welded joints, bending properties and impact properties of the test, the performance to meet the requirements.
