在合肥光源直线加速器和输运线的辐射环境中,束测元件的陶瓷封接钎焊焊缝被严重腐蚀而漏气。用X射线衍射仪对腐蚀生成物进行了物相分析,发现是Fe2F5·7H2O、CuF2·2H2O、CuF2等氟化盐。它们是辐射环境中的聚四氟乙烯降解释放的氟离子与焊缝处气体离子和金属离子反应的化合物。
Hefei light linear accelerator and the transmission line in the radiation environment, the beam measuring components of the ceramic seal brazing weld is severely corroded and leak. The phase analysis of the corrosion products by X-ray diffractometer revealed that they were fluoride salts such as Fe2F5.7H2O, CuF2.2H2O and CuF2. They are compounds that react with fluorine ions released by the degradation of PTFE in a radiant environment and react with gas and metal ions at the weld.
