前言 近年来,对动脉压变动于80~180(甚至220)mmHg时,肾血流量(RBF)和肾小球滤过率(GFR)保持相对稳定的管-球(远曲小管-肾小球)反馈(TGF)学说的研究取得了突出的进展。经应用逆行灌流方法证明:非电解质和渗透浓度的变化不能引起TGF反应,髓袢流量增多也不是激活这一反应的真实原因,TGF反应是致密斑转运CI~-的结果,只有Br~-才能取代CI~-,而Na~+并非必需,因为有许多其它阳离子都可替代它。实验表明TGF反应在球旁装置内完成,是一种局部性的自我调节机制。
