用津白Ⅱ号纯系小鼠的可移植性乳腺癌模型,观察43.5℃加温(30分钟)合并2,000 rad照射的不同间隔,不同先后序贯的效应。照射前及照射后半小时加温,肿瘤和皮肤的热增比(TER)均最大,肿瘤的TER分别为1.8和1.7,皮肤分别为2.05和1.75,无治疗增益(TG);间隔4小时先加温后照射,肿瘤和皮肤的TER分别为1.19和1.5,TG0.87;而照后4小时加温。肿瘤的TER1.31大于皮肤的1.02。可获得治疗增益1.28。
Using the transplantable breast cancer model of Jinbai II pure mouse, the different intervals of 42.5°C warming (30 minutes) combined with 2,000 rad irradiation were observed, and different sequential effects were observed.
