一、问题的提出 我厂于1980年12月安装一台 L 8-60/8型空压机组。投入运行后,机组各部位运行良好,仅噪声值比其它机组偏高(见表1)。运行一年半以后,机组一级缸排气方管与中间冷却器封头尖角接合部位发生裂纹。经补焊后,运行两个月,裂纹又继续产生,而且在另一端尖角接合部也发生了裂纹。经二次补焊,运行几个月后,在裂纹发生处又有新的裂纹产生。后历经几次补焊,仍不断产生新的裂纹或沿焊缝端点产生新的裂纹(见图1)。最短的一次,补焊后仅一个星期就有新的裂纹产生。本文结合国产 L型60米~3和100 m~3空压机钢制中
First, the issue put forward I plant in December 1980 to install a L 8-60 / 8 air compressor. Put into operation, the various parts of the unit is running well, only the noise value is higher than the other units (see Table 1). After one year and a half of operation, cracks occurred at the joints between the exhaust pipe of the first stage of the unit and the sharp corners of the head of the intercooler. After welding repair, running for two months, the crack continues to produce, and the other side of the sharp joints also cracked. After a second repair welding, after a few months of operation, there are new cracks in the crack occurred. After several repairs after the welding, still continue to produce new cracks or new cracks along the weld endpoint (see Figure 1).
