患者男,57岁。反复右下腹疼痛1个月,复发3d入院。入院前1个月出现右下腹轻微疼痛,症状逐渐加重,院外诊断为急性阑尾炎伴周围脓肿形成,予抗感染、对症治疗后症状缓解,3d前,再次出现右下腹疼痛,呈持续性钝痛,难忍受。实验室检查:白细胞、中性粒细胞升高。超声所见:右下腹见阑尾呈长管状,形态肿胀,直径约1.2cm,管壁增厚,厚
Male patient, 57 years old. Repeated right lower quadrant pain 1 month, recurrent 3d admission. One month prior to admission, the right lower quadrant was slightly painful and the symptoms gradually aggravated. Outpatients were diagnosed as acute appendicitis with peripheral abscess formation, anti-infective and symptomatic treatment.
