几年来,固氮酶研究不断取得新的进展,从钼铁蛋白中分离出铁钼辅基(简称:FeMo—Co),大多数生物学家认为FeMo—Co是固氮活性中心,利用EXAFS光谱分析确定钼铁蛋白和FeMo—Co中钼的微环境,提出了固氮酶活性中心模型。这些研究促进了钼铁硫原子簇化学发展,因此有关模拟固氮酶活性中心——钼铁硫原子簇化合物的研究引起人们极大的兴趣。本文报道{(C_2H_5)_4N}_3{[(SCH_2CH_2S)MoS_3]_2Fe}原子簇化合物的合成、结构和性质研究。
In recent years, new progress has been made in the research of nitrogenase. FeMo-Co is isolated from molybdenum ferritin. Most biologists think that FeMo-Co is a nitrogen-fixing active center and determined by EXAFS spectral analysis Molybdenum ferritin and FeMo-Co molybdenum microenvironment, put forward a nitrogenase activity center model. These researches promote the chemical development of the clusters of molybdenum-iron-sulfur clusters. Therefore, great interest has been drawn in the research on the compounds of molybdenum-iron-sulfur clusters which mimicked the activity of nitrogenase. This paper reports the synthesis, structure and properties of {(C_2H_5) _4N} _3 {[(SCH_2CH_2S) MoS_3] _2Fe} clusters.
