目的探讨临床药师对病毒性脑炎合并肺部感染患者实施药学监护的方法和意义。方法临床药师参与监护1例病毒性脑炎合并癫痫及肺部感染患者的用药全过程,从“关注药物不良反应及药物相互作用”等方面协助医师制定个体化用药的治疗方案。结果患者病毒性脑炎、肺部感染及癫痫得到有效地控制,恢复意识,康复出院。结论临床药师参与到重症监护室治疗中,有效地实施药学监护,可保证患者的用药安全和有效性,促进合理用药。
Objective To investigate the clinical pharmacist’s method and significance of implementing pharmacy care in patients with viral encephalitis and pulmonary infection. Methods The clinical pharmacist participated in the whole process of taking care of 1 patient with viral encephalitis and epilepsy and pulmonary infection, and assisted the physician in formulating the individualized medication regimen from the aspects of “Adverse drug reactions and drug interactions”. Results Patients with viral encephalitis, pulmonary infection and epilepsy were effectively controlled, recovered consciousness, recovered and discharged. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists involved in the intensive care unit in the treatment, the effective implementation of pharmacy care, to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the medication for patients and promote rational drug use.
