新一轮司法改革,在新的历史起点上启动了!党的十八届三中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,成为全面深化改革的科学指南和行动纲领。此轮改革涉及领域之广、力度之大,还有人民群众之期待,都是空前的。全会对司法改革也作出了重大部署,要求深化司法体制改革,加快建设公正、高效、权威的社会主义司法制度,维护人民权益,让人民群众在每一个司法案件中都感受到公平正义。
The new round of judicial reform started at a new historical starting point. The Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of Reform reviewed and approved by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has become the scientific guideline and program of action for the overall deepening of the reform . This round of reform involves a wide range of areas, great efforts, and the people’s expectations are unprecedented. The plenum also made major plans for judicial reform, demanding deepening the reform of the judicial system, speeding up the construction of a just, efficient and authoritative socialist judicial system, safeguarding people’s rights and interests and letting the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case.
