笔者认为,班主任在让学生过一把当班干部的瘾之外,培养学生的责任意识更加重要。著名教育家魏书生喜欢对班主任说这么一句话:“人人有事做,事事有人做。”这句话其实体现了班主任在进行班级管理时的智慧。众所周知,现在学生的表现欲都很强烈,很多学生都想当班干部,但是传统意义的那些班干部职位有限,怎么办呢?我认为,在班干部的安排上,班主任可以根据班级管理的需要,结合每个学生的实际情况,给每个学生一个班干部的头衔。学生在有了班干部的头衔之后,那种班级的主人翁精神就会增强,就很乐意
