全国各省、市、自治区第五次秘书长工作会议于1991年9月13—14日在福州市举行。来自新疆、山东、河南、河北、湖北、北京、江西、广西、四川、云南、黑龙江、江苏、上海、浙江、广东、辽宁、吉林、福建等18个省、市自治区及厦门市制冷学会的代表共34人出席了此会。福建省商业厅副厅长、省制冷学会理事长江涌同志到会祝贺并讲了话。中国制冷学会副理事长兼秘书长孟崇春同志主持了会议。本次会议的主题是:传达、学习科协四大精神,落实任务、制定措施、把学会工作提高到一个新水平。主要议题是: 1.传达、学习科协四大精神; 2.总结一年来的学会工作及简要介绍92年工作计划;
The fifth secretary-general work meeting of all provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country was held in Fuzhou from September 13 to September 14, 1991. Representatives from 18 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of Xinjiang, Shandong, Henan, Hebei, Hubei, Beijing, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Sichuan, Yunnan, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Liaoning, Jilin and Fujian, and Xiamen Refrigeration Society A total of 34 people attended the meeting. Comrade Chang Jiangyong, deputy director of the Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce and director of the Provincial Refrigeration Institute, congratulated and spoke. Mr. Meng Chongchun, deputy chairman and secretary general of the China Refrigeration Association, presided over the meeting. The theme of this conference is to communicate and learn the four major spirits of the Association for Science and Technology, implement tasks, formulate measures, and raise the work of the Society to a new level. The main topics are: 1. To communicate and learn the four major spirits of the Association for Science and Technology; 2. To summarize the work of the Society in the past year and briefly introduce the 92-year work plan;
