随着我国城市住宅的小区化,人们生活水平得到提高的同时,精神文化生活也迫切需要得到满足。而随着国家大力提倡全民阅读以来,社区图书馆的创立也成为社区文化建设中不可或缺的重要组成部分。当前尽管社区图书馆进行了大力的建设,但却出现了社区图书馆“建设-维持-关停”的怪状。而这种现象的产生归根结底还是社区图书馆服务措施不到位。针对该现象,提出了构建社区图书馆特色化服务,并采用文献法,分析了国内外经营较为成功的社区图书馆的服务经验,通过对这些经验的详细阐述,以期对我国相关社区图书馆的服务工作提供一定的参考价值。
With the urbanization of our country’s residential area, people’s living standards have been improved at the same time, spiritual and cultural life is also an urgent need to be met. With the vigorous promotion of universal reading by the nation, the establishment of community libraries has also become an indispensable and important component of community culture. Despite the vigorous construction of the community library at present, there is a peculiar appearance of the community library “building - maintaining - shutting down ”. In the final analysis, the occurrence of this phenomenon is not enough community library service measures. In response to this phenomenon, this paper proposes to build a community library specialization service and adopts the literature method to analyze the service experience of the more successful community library both at home and abroad. Through detailed elaboration of these experiences, Service work to provide some reference value.
