在化工机械、油气集输等设备制造中常遇到锥管制件。过去在锥管制件制作中,作展开图进行排板下料常采用精度差、效率低的传统手工方法。本文用图解计算法设计常用锥管制件展开下料的通用程序。在PC-1500袖珍计算机上可打印出锥管制件展开图各部分尺寸数值和锥管制件的示意图、展开示意图。可根据打印结果直接排板下料,而不必画出放样图。本程序打印结果经计算及图解法验证正确无误。此程序操作简便,现场施工省工、省时、提高工效,同时提高了加工精度。本文对化工设备实现CAD和CAM有一定参考价值。
In the chemical machinery, oil and gas gathering and other equipment often encountered cone pipe parts. In the past in the production of conical pipe parts, as a plan to start the plate cutting often used poor precision, low efficiency of traditional manual methods. In this paper, graphic calculation method commonly used to design the common taper pipe unwinding program. On the PC-1500 pocket computer can print out the conical pipe parts of each part of the size of the numerical value and the conical pipe parts diagram, expand the schematic. According to the print results can be directly discharged plate, without having to draw out the picture. The program print results calculated and graphical verification is correct. This program is easy to operate, save construction time and save time, improve work efficiency and improve machining accuracy. This article has certain reference value to chemical equipment to realize CAD and CAM.
