介绍了合理设计安全化学品的几个常用途径,对化学品致毒的毒性机理进行了初步分析,提出安全化学品设计的主要原则,并列举了十余个安全化学品的设计范例。

Several common approaches to the rational design of safe chemicals are introduced. The toxic mechanism of chemical toxicity is preliminarily analyzed. The main principles of safety chemicals design are put forward, and more than 10 examples of safety chemicals design are listed.
