新课改的不断深入,推动教育界对校本培训的日益关注,国内常见的校本培训多以学习理论、案例剖析、专题讲座等形式为主。本文主要以笔者参与的浙江省金华市南苑小学读书会为例,来说明如何创新校本培训的模式。在总结南苑小学读书会开展情况的基础上,提出读书会开展应遵循“读—行—思—写”的主脉络,以解决班级管理或学科教学中的实际问题为核心,以此不断促进教师的专业成长。
The continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform has promoted the education community’s increasing attention to school-based training. The common school-based training in China mainly focuses on learning theory, case analysis, and special lectures. This article mainly uses the author’s participation in the Nanyuan Primary School Reading Club in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province as an example to illustrate how to innovate the school-based training model. On the basis of summarizing the development of the Nanyuan Primary School Reading Club, it is proposed that the reading party should follow the main thread of “read-write-think-write” to solve the practical problems in class management or subject teaching. Continuously promote the professional growth of teachers.
