最近提出了一种新的确定430不锈钢敏化程度的EPR试验。试验条件是在30℃的3NH_2SO_4溶液中,试样先在+400mV_(SCE)钝化10分钟,然后电位以250mV/min速度朝开路电位方向降低,使试样再活化。该试验方法也适用于其他铁素体不锈钢如AISI434,444,446以及具有不同稳定化程度的430Ti和430Nb。对某些合金则要对扫描速度、钝化时间及硫酸浓度略作调整以得到最佳的试验结果。
Recently proposed a new EPR test to determine the degree of sensitization of 430 stainless steel. The test conditions were that the sample was first passivated at +400 mV SCE for 10 minutes in 3NH 2 SO 4 solution at 30 ° C, and then the potential was decreased toward the open circuit potential at 250 mV / min to reactivate the sample. This test method is also applicable to other ferritic stainless steels such as AISI434, 444, 446 and 430Ti and 430Nb with different degrees of stabilization. For some alloys, the scanning speed, passivation time and sulfuric acid concentration should be slightly adjusted to get the best test results.
