对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu高强铝合金进行了多向锻造及时效处理,测试了力学和抗晶间腐蚀性能。结果表明:合金经多向锻造并时效后,抗晶间腐蚀性能和强度都得到改善。与T6、T73和RRA(回归再时效)处理相比,多向锻造及时效后,合金的腐蚀程度最轻,其导电率分别提高了15.89%、0.95%、6.33%;抗拉强度分别提高了6.14%、18.76%、8.28%。
The Al-Zn-Mg-Cu high-strength aluminum alloy was forged and aged in multi-directions, and mechanical and intergranular corrosion resistance were tested. The results show that the intergranular corrosion resistance and strength of the alloy are improved after multi-directional forging and aging. Compared with T6, T73 and RRA (regressive re-aging) treatment, the corrosion degree of the alloy was the lightest and its electrical conductivity increased by 15.89%, 0.95% and 6.33% respectively after multi-directional forging and aging; the tensile strength increased 6.14%, 18.76%, 8.28%.
