[目的]观察生地黄合剂联合泼尼松治疗肾病综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组30例泼尼松,开始剂量1mg/(kg·d),最大剂量不超过60mg/d,晨服,持续4周后减量;2周后0.5mg/(kg·d),隔日顿服;后每2周10~20mg/(kg.2d)。治疗组30例生地黄合剂(生地黄、知母各15g,牡丹皮10g,玄参、旱莲草、女贞子各12g,防风10g,白术12g,炙甘草6g,丹参15g;热甚加连翘、金银花、野菊花等;湿甚去生地、山萸肉,加大腹皮、砂仁、藿香等;阴虚加旱莲草、女贞子;瘀血阻络加川芎、莪术、干地龙),1剂/d,水煎150m L,早晚口服;泼尼松治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症候量化积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈14例,显效9例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈7例,显效7例,有效11例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]生地黄合剂联合泼尼松治疗肾病综合征效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Sheng Dihuang Mixture combined with prednisone on nephrotic syndrome. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 60 outpatients and inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the coin tossing method. [Result] The treatment group cured 14 cases, 9 cases markedly effective, 5 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate 93.33%. The control group was cured in 7 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases, effective in 11 cases, ineffective in 5 cases, the total effective rate was 83.33%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Shengdirenji combined with prednisone has significant effect in treating nephrotic syndrome and is worth promoting.
