江苏交通人才的培养和人才资源的开发问题,是一个极具战略性的大问题。本文以南京交通学校人才的开发与利用为例,作了较具体的对策性研究。既分析人才现状形成的原因,又理清了人才建设的思路。
The training of Jiangsu’s traffic personnel and the development of human resources are a very big strategic issue. This paper takes the development and utilization of talented person in Nanjing Jiaotong University as an example, and makes a more specific countermeasure research. Both the analysis of the reasons for the formation of the status quo, but also clear the idea of building talent.
