在现阶段,对初中语文进行教学的过程中,后进生转化在教学中是非常棘手的问题,有的老师在进行教学的过程中,只把目光紧紧的盯在优秀学生的身上,而忽视了后进生的转化,教师的这种行为是与新课程理念相悖的,也不能使教学成效得到全面的提升。教师作为从事教育事业的工作者,需要对后进生的转化有着足够的关注和重视,并把其作为使整体教学效果得到提升和促进学生综合发展的重要措施,以此来获得明显的成效。
