针对评估矩阵由随机数、区间数、模糊数以及空缺值等多种形式构成的作战效能评估问题,采用证据理论对不同方案在不同属性下的焦元进行识别,计算每个焦元的基本效用分配值,并基于信度函数和似真函数得到各个方案的效用区间,然后通过效用区间的比较得到各方案优劣排序,从而为导弹作战效能评估提供了一条有效途径.对某导弹与雷达对抗作战效能评估问题进行了实例计算,验证了此方法评估导弹作战效能的可行性.
