乡村医生医疗事故纠纷能否防范,我们认为,只要抓住关键,乡村医生医疗事故纠纷不仅可以减少,而且可以杜绝。要减少或杜绝医疗事故纠纷的发生,必须时时防范,并应抓住以下主要环节。 1.加强医德教育大量的实践证明,医疗质量的好坏,医疗事故纠纷的发生与否,很大程度上取决了医务人员的职业道德。因此对乡村医生来说,医德不是一般的服务态度,而是医疗工作的重要组成部分。为此必须加强医德教育,提高医德水平。
Whether the rural doctors’ medical accident disputes can be prevented or not, we believe that as long as the key is grasped, rural doctors can not only reduce medical disputes, but also eliminate them. To reduce or eliminate the occurrence of medical malpractice disputes, we must guard against it from time to time, and we should seize the following major links. 1. A large number of medical ethics education practices have proved that the quality of medical care and the occurrence of medical malpractice disputes largely depend on the professional ethics of medical personnel. Therefore, for rural doctors, medical ethics is not an ordinary service attitude but an important part of medical work. To this end, we must strengthen medical ethics education and improve the level of medical ethics.
