目的 :为改善根管充填质量 ,探讨根管长度测量仪加试尖 (试主牙胶尖 )对根管充填质量的影响。方法 :随机选择需行根管治疗术的单根管恒前牙、双尖牙 2 30颗 ,分为A、B两组 ,A组采用RootZX根管测量仪测量根管长度 ,根管预备后 ,根管充填时加试尖步骤 ,调试出最适主尖后侧压充填根管 ,摄牙片 ;B组采用根管器械探测法测量根管长度 ,根管预备 ,侧压充填根管 ,摄牙片。结果 :两种方法充填根管X片结果差异显著 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ;适充率 :A组 89.6 6 % ,B组 6 4 .91% ,A组明显优于B组 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :在根管治疗术中运用RootZX测量仪加试尖手段可显著改善根管充填质量 ,值得推广。
Objective: To improve the quality of root canal filling, to explore the root canal length measuring instrument plus test tip (test main gutta percha) on the quality of root canal filling. Methods: A total of 2 300 permanent anterior teeth and bicuspid canals treated with root canal therapy were randomly selected and divided into two groups: group A and group B. Root canal length was measured with RootZX root canal measuring instrument. After root canal preparation , Root canal filling plus tip step, debugging out of the most suitable for the main tip of the back pressure filling the root canal, taking the tooth piece; Group B using root canal instrumentation to measure root canal length, root canal preparation, lateral pressure filling root canal, Toothpick. Results: There were significant differences between the two methods (P <0.05) for the filling rate of root canal radiographs. The filling rate was 89.66% in group A and 64.91% in group B, and group A was significantly better than group B <0 0 0 5). Conclusion: RootZX measuring instrument plus tip-tip test can significantly improve the quality of root canal filling during root canal therapy and is worth popularizing.
