随着我国经济社会的快速发展,各个行业都得到了大幅度的发展,其中较为突出的是建筑行业,尤其在最近几年间,建筑行业发展异常迅速,建筑规模和数量不断提升。不过在进行建筑施工时,出现的问题也在逐渐增多,比如在进行高层建筑基坑施工时,就经常会出现基坑变形,如果没有对基坑的变形做到一个合理的控制,就会有可能影响到整体建筑质量。虽然说基坑变形是一种常见的现象,在一定程度上是可以接受的,但是变形如果超出了允许范围之内的话,就会引发灾害。随着城市建设步伐的加大,高层建筑在城市建筑中的比重变得越来越大,基坑的规模和深度也相应的不断在扩大,要想保证能够对基坑变形进行有效的控制,首先需要做好的就是变形的监测工作。本文针对基坑的变形监测进行分析研究,在对自动全站仪关于自由设站观测方面的原理进行仔细分析之后,借助TC2003高精度的自动全站仪监测方法对高层建筑基坑变形进行监测,通过对监测结果的分析,验证自动化全站仪在高层建筑基坑变形监测应用的快速性、准确性。

Although deformation of the foundation pit is a common phenomenon that is somewhat acceptable, it can cause disasters if the deformation is out of the allowable range. As the pace of urban construction increases, the proportion of high-rise buildings in urban construction becomes larger and larger, and the size and depth of foundation pit are also correspondingly expanding. In order to ensure that the deformation of foundation pit can be effectively controlled, The first thing that needs to be done is the deformation monitoring. In this paper, the deformation monitoring of foundation pit is analyzed and studied. After analyzing the principle of automatic total station for free station observation, the deformation of high-rise building foundation pit is monitored by TC2003 high-precision automatic total station monitoring method, Through the analysis of the monitoring results, verify the rapidity and accuracy of the automatic total station in the application of deformation monitoring of high-rise building foundation pit.
