砂滤管内玉米秸秆各腐解期腐解物的微生物数量与土壤中植物残体腐解过程中的微生物消长演替一般规律相符。腐解物中３类菌体的能态：细菌＞真菌＞放线菌，且随腐解时间延长，菌体热值呈增加趋势。
The number of microorganisms in the decomposing stage of corn stalks in the sand filter tube was consistent with the general rule of microbial growth and decline in the decomposing process of plant residues in soil. The energy state of the three kinds of bacteria in the decomposed material: bacteria> fungi> actinomycetes, and with the decomposition time prolonged, the caloric value of the bacteria increased.
