汽轮机中的调频叶片,因设计时均通过理论计算和实际校核,其频率(Ao)都可以做到合格。对于叉形叶极的中长叶片(1=300—400毫米),一般地说,不管用什么方法安装,其频率也可做到合格。然而,这类叶片经过一段时间运行之后,叶片频率都不同程度地下降,有的甚至下降到危险范围内。从我厂四号机(型号为31—25—7)第十级可看出运行后叶片频率的明显下降情况(表Ⅰ)。
Turbine frequency control blades, both through theoretical calculations and the actual examination of the design, the frequency (Ao) can be qualified. In the case of medium-length leaf blades (1 = 300-400 mm) with a forked leaf, the frequency is generally acceptable no matter what method of installation. However, after a certain period of operation, the leaf frequencies of the leaves have declined to some extent, and some of them even fall into the dangerous range. From the plant on the 4th machine (model 31-25-7) at the tenth stage can be seen after the operation of the blade frequency dropped significantly (Table I).
