自2007年中央一号文件正式确立农业“走出去”战略以来,我国农业对外投资合作方兴未艾。近年来,农业“走出去”虽取得了一定成效,但也遇到了很多问题。本文从实施农业“走出去”战略的重要意义入手,深入剖析了农业“走出去”面临的一系列困难、问题和挑战,并在此基础上提出了加快推动我国农业“走出去”的对策建议。
Since the central government formally established the “Going Out” strategy for agriculture in 2007, China’s agricultural investment cooperation with foreign countries is in the ascendant. In recent years, although agriculture has made some achievements in its “going out”, it has also encountered many problems. This paper starts from the significance of implementing the strategy of “going out” in agriculture and analyzes in depth the series of difficulties, problems and challenges that agriculture faces in its “going global”. On the basis of this, it puts forward that accelerating the development of agriculture in China Go out "countermeasures and suggestions.
