人民教育出版社与英国朗文出版集团有限公司合作编写的初中英语教材从1993年秋季开始在全国大部分地区试教。这套新教材是按照国家教委调整后的教学计划初中英语每周4课时编写的,每周完成一个单元的教学计划,每堂课必须完成一课书的任务,实际全学年教学计划为36周,尚有六周的机动时间,英语新教材的教学任务安排,符合全学年的教学计划总安排。
The junior high school English textbooks co-written by the People’s Education Press and the British Longman Publishing Group Co., Ltd. have been taught in most areas of the country since the fall of 1993. This new set of textbooks is prepared according to the revised teaching plan of the State Education Commission. The junior high school English is written at 4 lessons per week. A unit of teaching plan is completed once a week. Each class must complete the task of one lesson book. The actual full school year teaching plan is 36 weeks. There are still six weeks of maneuvering time. The arrangement of teaching tasks for the new English teaching materials is in line with the overall arrangement of the teaching plan for the whole school year.
