Anhui Forging Society and Hefei Forging Association jointly held the two councils on March 3, 1991 in Hefei Casting and Forging Plant. Attendance to 32 members, 4 seats. The meeting was chaired by the Vice Chairman of the Anhui Forging Society, the Secretary-General of the Hefei Forging Association, and Comrade Wang Jiming, Chief Engineer of the Hefei Casting and Forging Plant.
