督查工作是推动党的路线、方针、政策在基层得以贯彻落实的必要手段,也是促进各项决策顺利实施的有效措施。作为一级党委,必须像作决策一样重视抓好督查工作。加强督查工作,应突出做好“四个结合”。一、在督查主体上,领导自身与专业职能部门相结合。领导抓督查,是促进工作落实的第一推动力。我们年初在充分研究、筛选的基础上,确定了1996年全市54项重点工作,然后明确责任,分工到人。作为市六大班子领导的“第一责任工程”项目,领导成员全力以赴抓落实,市委常委扩大会议每季度集体督查调研一次,对重点工程建设项目实行现场观摩,集体查找问题,研究对策,有效
