幼儿教学方式的课程改革能够成功的关键就是幼儿教师对课程教学改革能否适应。幼儿园教学课程改革对幼儿教师提出了更高更新的要求,如何能够更好的适应和有效的实施教学改革方案,是每一位幼儿教师所面临的最大挑战。本文将理论与实际相结合,分析幼儿园教师在面临课程改革问题时教师教学中适应性存在的问题,以及提出相关的建议。
The Key to the Success of Curriculum Reform in Early Childhood Teaching Is Kindergarten Teachers’ Adaptability to Curriculum Teaching Reform. Kindergarten teaching curriculum reform put forward higher requirements for kindergarten teachers. How to better adapt and effectively implement the teaching reform program is the biggest challenge for every Kindergarten teacher. This article combines theory with practice, and analyzes the problems existing in the teachers’ teaching when kindergarten teachers are faced with the problem of curriculum reform, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
